Fabulous holiday in this wonderful villa. Views are amazing particularly of the sunsets. We didn't hire a car and found getting around no problem, good ferry service to other towns on the lake and good bus link to Verona. Communication with Francesca was very good. Villa was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Albtraum. Da wir aufgrund massiver Staus mit brennenden Autos etc. 1 Stunde nach Checkin Ende um 20:00 Uhr ankamen, wollte man uns die Schlüssel erst am nächsten Tag geben. Erst unter Hinweis auf unsere Kinder, fand sich dann eine Lösung. Das Objekt ist leider nicht so wie beschrieben und zudem ungepflegt. Der Pool hat keine normale Poolfolie, sondern eine sehr raue, stabile Folie, die offensichtlich geeignet ist, die im Objekt zugelassenen Hunde in den Pool zu lassen. Das hätte in der Anzeige stehen müssen! Hinzukommt, dass diese Folie mit grünen Belag überzogen ist. Das Wasser ist zudem ungepflegt, wir haben uns Sorgen um die Gesundheit der Kinder gemacht und den Pool nach sieben Tagen nicht mehr benutzt. Die angekündigte Poolkontrolle (angeblich Chlor und Salz) nach sieben Tagen erfolgte nicht. Obwohl wir mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass das Wasser nicht sauber ist, schickte die Agentur niemanden vorbei. Die Wiese besteht ausschließlich aus Klee, welcher mit Wespen überzogen ist. Auf unseren Hinweis kam nach zehn Tagen der Gärtner, welcher mit einem Laubbläser den abgewählten Rasen in den Pool pustete. Hiervon haben wir Fotos. Es gibt noch unzählige andere Dinge, die in der Kommunikation mit Novasol leider nicht liefen. Im Nachhinein wundert es uns nicht, dass es bisher kaum Bewertungen dieses Objekt gibt, auch auf Google findet sich das Objekt nicht. Für uns: nie wieder!
