This very beautiful 220 m² house boasts of a large 5000 m² ground. It has been fully renovated in 2011 and is composed of 7 rooms including 4 double bedrooms, a dormitory for children (6 beds), an office, a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, a shower room and 3 independent toilets. All the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and the living room open onto a very large Southeast-exposed terrace shaded with an electric awning and where you can take or meals or simply relax in the sun. A large 11x5 m pool, located on the South side, is adjacent to the house and equipped with a fully fitted summer kitchen that is under the greenery as well as an awning that shades a summer dining area. There are many accessories such as loungers, parasols, water polo material, fins, masks, pool noodles, etc. at your disposal.

Vi var 4 familier med teenagere/voksne børn, som havde lejet huset en uge i juli 2025.Vi var meget tilfredse med huset - særligt terrassen med udsigt, poolområde, aktivitetsområde med petanque/bordtennis blev flittigt brugt til alles store glæde.Kommunikationen med ejeren var meget tilfredsstillende.Alt i alt en rigtig god ferie.

Tutto perfetto!

Villa ben equipaggiata e spaziosa, generosi anche gli spazi esterni, fantastica la terrazza ventilata e con splendida vista. Grande piscina con trampolino molto apprezzata in questi periodi di grande caldo. Zona tranquilla ma vicina a molti luoghi di interesse. Strada di accesso negli ultimi 500 metri da percorrere con attenzione, qualche avvallamento nel manto stradale. Ricezione da parte della proprietaria simpatica e precisa, comunicazione senza complicazioni. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le petit paradis du Pontillaou à 18 au mois d'août. Tout a été parfait. D'abord l'accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire avec la visite de la maison avec une visite de toutes les infrastructures proposées. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien malgré le nombre que nous étions (de la vaisselle et des fournitures de cuisines jusqu'aux livres, DVD et jeux de sociétés). On s'est senti à la maison. La piscine est encore plus belle que sur les photos et les diverses terrasses font que l'on ne se marche jamais dessus, même à 18. Si vous cherchez une semaine au calme, dans une maison spacieuse avec piscine pour des vacances en groupe ou familles, je ne peux que vous conseiller le clos du Pontillaou!
