Outside, an enclosed garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air in complete peace and quiet. The garden furniture will allow you to have your meals outside or relax in the sun whilst the children play safely.
This charming 100m² house, bathed in natural light, welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Upon your arrival, you will discover a spacious living room with a large table to share your meals, and a relaxation area perfect for gathering after a busy day. A television is available for your film evenings or to follow your favourite events.
The independent kitchen offers you everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and all essential utensils.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms. The first has a Queen Size bed (160x200), the second a double bed (140x190), and the third is perfect for children with its bunk beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower completes the upstairs. For added convenience, a laundry room with a second shower is also available on the ground floor: ideal for returning from the beach!
For even more comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron with its ironing board. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you will find free public parking 50m away.
