The Villa is fully opened on the outdoor living space and the tropical garden with a splendid pool in true mosaic and its 40 m2 pool deck , deckchairs and hammock, the outdoor lounge under the kiosk for the ti-punch and the BBQ... all you will need is the baguette and the fresh fish and fruits that you can find on the stalls of the village of Diamant (a short 15-minute walk either by the beach or by the marked footpath). The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay : High speed Internet, Kitchen with Dishwasher, Vitroeramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. ; Each bedroom has its own bathroom for more privacy , AC, and good quality bedding.

Great Beach and private pool!

Enjoyed a wonderful Mother and Daughter trip. The house was well maintained and plenty of space for the four of us. We loved having the private pool and just across a small road was a clean beach with sparkling blue water. We had limited amount of French, but the local town was friendly, helpful and within walking distance. I recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Nice day trips both north and south to public beaches and nice towns for shopping and snorkeling. If planning on hiking Mt Pelee, allow 6 hours, but the view is beautiful at all heights. Violaine was very helpful getting us settled when we arrived and helping us with the rental process. Would highly recommend staying at La Ville Emeraude and we would love to visit again. Wunderbare Villa in traumhafter Lage

Die Villa mit drei Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Badezimmer ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Zudem sind noch zwei Aussenduschen vorhanden eine am Eingang, wenn man vom Meer kommt und eine zweite beim Pool. Der Pool ist gepflegt und hat zum Einstieg mehrere Ebenen. Der Marktplatz sowie zwei Restaurants sind in Fussnähe. Zum Strand muss man nur über die Straße gehen, um in den Wellen zu planschen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Tage im Paradies

Wie schon im letzten Jahr haben wir tolle Tage im Ferienhaus direkt am traumhaften Diamantstrand verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Terrassen und Garten mit Pool und Hängematte sorgen für beste Entspannung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie deren Empfang und Verabschiedung waren sehr gut und herzlich! Gerne würden wir wiederkommen! Unser Aufenthalt war der beste Start in das Jahr.

Maison émeraude, un vrai bijou !

L’arrivée a été agréable avec la propriétaire. La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec chacune salle de bain complète ce qui a été grandement apprécié par nous 6. La piscine au sel est vraiment belle et agréable et de très bonne dimension. Le kiosque est grand et robuste ainsi que son mobilier.. hamac très apprécié lui aussi. L’emplacement de la maison est optimal pour nous, à 50 mètres de la plage peu fréquentée du Diamant et 850 mètre du marché, de la boulangerie et de petits restaurants. Lit confortable (le mien en tout cas dans la chambre vue sur la piscine et tous les climatiseurs sont très performants. Pour notre groupe les 2 douches extérieures étaient très pratiques 😁 pour enlever le sable de la plage. Après avoir loué 3 villas en Martinique elle est notre coup de cœur. Je recommande fortement et sans hésitation. Merci Violaine et à bientôt j’espère.

Excellentes vacances au Diamant

Magnifique et grande maison. Nous étions 7 avec chacun notre chambre (ado sur la mezzanine). Les espaces pour se reposer sont nombreux, transats au bord de la superbe piscine, carbet et son hamac, salon intérieur. La plage magnifique du diamant est à deux pas, le bourg à 10 mn à pieds, ce qui nous a permis d'aller chercher la pain frais tous les matins. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. De plus Violaine est très disponible, réactive aux questions posées et arrangeante, merci! Nous retenons cette adresse pour un prochain voyage en Martinique.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

In diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit tropischem Garten haben wir sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Der Pool sorgte für Entspannung von der ersten Minute an. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Das Beste ist die Top- Lage- nur wenige Meter und man ist am Traum- Strand! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Deux semaines de rêve

Nous avons quitté les contraintes de métropole liées à la covid, et nous sommes arrivés au paradis. Violaine nous a chaleureusement accueilli et même accepté quelques petits aménagements d’horaire. Les photos de la maison nous avaient incités à choisir la villa Emeraude et nous avons eu grandement raison. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, assez grande pour que chacun puisse s’isoler s’il le voulait. Sa disposition ouverte sur le jardin donnait l’impression d’être tout le temps en extérieur. Le plus : le kiosque au milieu du jardin tropical et des oiseaux ; chacun prenait plaisir à venir y lire ou rêver dans le hamac. Et bien sûr le soir, à déguster tous ensemble un planteur, après un dernier plongeon dans la piscine. La plage est à quelques mètres ; en la longeant, on peut se rendre, les pieds dans l’eau, à la boulangerie, au marché ou à différents restaurants. Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve et sommes prêts à revenir. Nous recommandons grandement cette villa. Christine G.

Très bon séjour, maison très agréable et très bien placée. La piscine est réellement géniale, avec la plage qui permet au bébé de jouer dans l'eau. Le petit bout de terrain permet de jouer à la pétanque et molkky ! Nous recommandons vivement

Le rêve !

À quelques mètres d’une plage de rêve La piscine est idyllique ainsi que le jardin qui l’entoure. Le diamant est à 800m ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement Et espérons revenir très vite !

Une très belle villa

15 jours de vacances merveilleux! 3 chambres, 3 salles d’eau le top et en plus 2 douches extérieures pour les retours de plage, le top! Le jardin est très agréable, et permet de se plonger dans la flore et la faune martiniquaise: cocotier, bananier... colibri, anoli, Mabouya bref un vrai bonheur! Violaine a pris des nouvelles tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout ce passait bien, accueil top! Seule tout petit bémol la proximité de la route mais bon quel bonheur de la traverser et de se retrouver sur un des plus plages de Martinique et profiter de belles vagues!!! En résumé, la maison est fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre, et très bien Située, avec des propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques 😄

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in le Diamant. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool im tropischen Garten ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den wilden Wellen am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit netten Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Wunderschöner Garten, top AC, gute Ausstattung der Küche und Küchengeräte. Nähe zum Strand gigantisch. Strand ist naturbelassen. Die Wellen sind etwas wild "keine Badewanne". Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und antworten immer zuverlässig zudem sind sie sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Emeraude. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle. La piscine et le kiosque ont été grandement appréciés par tous, petits et grands. La situation est idéale près de la plage du Diamant. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Sejour de rêve dans cette très jolie villa créole , très bien aménagée avec sa piscine salvatrice par temps chaud... Localisation ideale pour découvrir le sud de l'île ( des Trois Ilets à Saint Anne). La proximité des commerces ( marché couvert et boulangerie ) est véritable atout. vacances très agréables en famille

Nous avons passé 14 jours avec nos 3 enfants sur cette île et avons logée dans cette jolie maison. La description est conforme à la réalité, la piscine est parfaite pour les enfants (plages avec peu d'eau qui permettent de jouer en toute sécurité et bassin plus profond pour sauter!). L'accueil est agréable et Violaine est très disponible pour ses hôtes. Nous recommanderons cet endroit très bien situé sur l'île et espérons y retourner!
