Excellent place to stay in order to explore Le Mans, though it's a bit far to walk to the old town. Friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, nice light. We had a car, so we didn't mind the trip to town.
Comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. There was an excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed the bar in the evening. I would stay again if we were ever in Le Mans. Free parking also.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful, just really disappointed restaurant was closed! If we had known this in advance would either have booked elsewhere or made provisions on the drive down. The restaurant had played a key factor in our reservation.
2nd visit to this property, it’s a very convenient stop when heading south from Ouistrem. Great that English seems to be spoken by just about all the staff. Dinner and breakfast was great (especially the breakfast), I would throughly recommend this hotel.
Very nice overnight stay on our way to the south west. Food was good and rooms fine. Shame there was no outside seating area but terrace for dinner was lovely.
Would stay again
They couldn't find our booking on arrival, but it was soon resolved. Nice hotel for a stopover traveling through France. Rooms were clean and comfortable may a bit small. Food was good. Excellent car park.
Nice hotel a 30 minute walk from the city centre. No food options for most of the month of August (holidays I’m guessing) which is unusual for a hotel but otherwise not bad at all. Staff were all helpful and accommodating.
Kyriad Est is a lovely hotel , unfortunately we arrived later than planned due to weather conditions at 8pm.
I booked because of it's location for our onward journey the next day and its restaurant/ bar, so we coukd check in, settle, then go and eat...the restaurant was closed with no alternatives, the nearest place to eat being a Grand Chinese Buffet, not for me, thanks.
We then had to drive again to find a suitable restaurant and return much later than wanted.
If the restaurant is closed at weekends then perhaps this should be advertised.
I also wasn't happy to hear that the car park has no CCTV and can be entered by anyone at anytime.
Not fenced in or gated.
A previous stay in a French Hotel my van was broken into right outside reception due to no security.
It seems the hotel is more ideal for weekday business stays without a van.
