I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed.

Accueil souriant et professionnel. L'expérience client globale est satisfaisante. L'hôtel est bien placé à proximité immédiate de la voie rapide. Malgré une circulation importante, pas de bruit notable dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner correct. Restaurants, bowling et hypermarché avec station carburants tout proches. Point négatif : un manque d'entretien des équipements se fait sentir... Un bouton de réglage de clim absent par ci, un abattant de WC cassé par là... des distributeurs de produit douche non fonctionnels... Le propriétaire de l'hôtel devrait faire le tour des chambres pour faire le nécessaire avant qu'elles ne tombent complètement en ruine !

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer kleinen Nasszelle. Das Bad war insegsamt in so einem schlechten Zustand, dass ich dort nicht duschen wollte. Die Toilette erschien mir saubet geputzt, kostete aber dennoch Überwindung sich drauf zu setzen. Die Betten waren sauber. Die Zimmertür ist die Haustür nach draussen, wir waren im Erdgeschoss und hatten am Türrahmen Insekten die sich auch in das Zimmer stahlen. Meine Tochter konnte sich nicht daran gewöhnen. Sie hatte neben viel Angst sich dort überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Leider nie wieder. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Gut fand ich dass es auf dem gesamten Gelände Kameras gab und das Hotel eingezäunt nachts abgeschlossen wird.
