Dans l'ensemble, le gîte est sympa. Concernant la propreté c'est vraiment très poussiéreux ( sol, couvertures, meubles...), dans la cuisine, la poubelle est cassée et sale... Il n'y a pas d'entretien des volets roulants manuels ce qui a provoqué la cassure d'une rotule), douche qui fuie et le support de la pomme de douche cassé, serrure de la porte d'entrée difficile et se bloque de façon intermittente. Concernant le propriétaire c'est vraiment horrible. Il est en colère pour tout et vous parle très mal, aussi bien à moi qu'à mon mari. Nous ne l'avons jamais vu et c'est tant mieux. A la fin de la semaine, il y a eu des travaux de réparation sur les toitures proches avec un vis à vis très gênant ainsi que des odeurs de brûlé et de gaz.

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec une terrasse à l'abri des regards et une vue dégagée mais pas sur l'étang .La tv ne fonctionne qu'avec le wifi de la box. Le plan d'eau est à 200 mètres du logement . Bon rapport qualité prix .

Petit appartement très sympa avec une grande terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Emplacement parfait à 2 pas du magnifique plan d'eau. idéal pour un séjour reposant.

Gîte très bien placé

Gîte très bien placé et agréable. Situé face au plan d'eau où il y a un super accrobranche, des jeux pour enfants, une brasserie..., à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Très bon accueil de Georges, le propriétaire. Petites intentions sympas pour les enfants (friandises). Il faut juste prévoir les draps et serviettes de toilette. Tout le reste est prévu. Nous recommandons ce gîte et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
