This house accommodated three couples perfectly. You are right on the waters edge/beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the basic necessities. It was roughly a 10 min drive to restaurants and a grocery stores. Communication with Kelly was easy. Check in/ out process was great - simple!Recommendations- add two more deck chairs for seating. Also - an additional wash cloth for each person. One wash cloth for a weekend (two night stay) is not feasible. We would stay here again!
We stayed here during the Point Pelee festival of birds. The location is perfect, and very close to the park. The cottage itself is beautiful, with two amazing decks with wonderful views. It is modern, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The bedrooms were so comfortable, and the bathrooms had great amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends and family.Thank-you.
A long weekend stay in September. The weather was perfect for swimming. I give is 4 for cleanliness as the kitchen floor and entry needed a cleaning when we arrived. We contacted Paul and things were rectified immediately. We enjoyed the beach, the water views, the walks in Point Pelee park and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. The cottage is spacious and very well decorated. We were two couples and enjoyed having two "master suites". The management team a spectacular. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
Neat and tidy for a cozy summer getaway. Lovely but of private beach. Downstairs lacked a bit of the 'cozy" factor....would likely do better off of tiles and warm whites lights. Overall quite enjoyable stay.
This was our third time staying with this owner, just in different units. Always amazing service, beautiful views, and impeccably clean units. I would 100% recommend this property to someone looking to visit the beautiful lake region.
This was a perfect get away for a couple of friends to sit around, watch the storm through the windows while cozy and warm inside. When the storm blew over we were a minute away from Pelee park gates. Perfect!
We spent two nights and loved it. There was space for everyone and having the three levels meant we could spread out. Access to the lake was great and so are the views. Getting to the National Park was easy and everyone enjoyed it. One tip- take bug spray! I doubt weâll ever be back in that part of the world but I would stay here again if we are!
The house is great! Fully equipped for cooking (pan needed to be rewashed) plenty of space for a group stay.
I will say that we found hairs on the towels that were left for use to use which was not great but all in all great stay.
I would have a small disclaimer about the May flies which we didnât know about.
This property is above and beyond all expectations. Wonât hesitate a return visit in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others.
The location is ideal; we enjoyed its privacy and serenity. The National Park is just over half a km away and it's a worthwhile excursion. The home is thoughtfully equipped with what you'll need, plus a great range of board games and streaming subscriptions. We would have gladly stayed longer.
The property is as advertised. Could not be closer to the lake but the beach is very narrow with lots of seaweed and other items that the tide has brought in. We only used the master bedroom and it was extremely comfortable with a great bed and lovely linens. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the living-room is very comfortable with a great view of the lake. The deck has very nice furniture but could have used an umbrella or awning. By 2pm the sun was directly on the deck so there was no shade and too hot for us sun lovers. The exterior of the property could use some attention. Lots of dead bugs, cobwebs and bird dung on the windows. Overall a pleasant place to stay but a few improvements would make it amazing.
