Very friendly staff. And helpful on tips with getting to and from Leavenworth. Our room was available early which we were appreciative of even though our room didnt come with a sofa, we didnt mind.

We booked 2 rooms since we came with extra family members this trip. We were separated only because we brought our dog. I did appreciate being on the first floor with the dog so there wasn't a long trek to the grass. We met downstairs for breakfast, it was good so that everyone could eat what they wanted. The pool was closed for repairs for a few hours which was no big deal (except for the 5 year old, devastated! ). It is nice that the trolley stop is right outside the hotel as well so we could jump on (free) and head into town without paying parking fees. When we go back we will be staying here again.

Don't expect too much

The room was fine. Nothing fancy. Bath towels were stiff and fairly small. There were only a couple kleenex tissues and no replacement box. It was a tub and not a shower which makes it difficult when you're a senior. Zero view. Price was insane ($420) for what we received.
