The room was clean, good size, the facilities work well and it’s within the ZTL zone. Walking distance to the the old town. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with traditional bread.

Excellent location and we were able to store bags before room was ready. Owner takes pride in her property. Great breakfast with homemade delicious items. No elevator so you need to be able to carry bags up stairs.

We are a Canadian couple mid-fifties and well-travelled. This was our first time in Lecce. We found the hotel & staff to be exceptional. The Leccese people in general have a generous and kind spirit but this quaint hotel went above & beyond. The very spacious rooms were a welcome surprise, cleanliness, amenities, perfectly located and attentive staff. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice experience in the historical center of Lecce. We will definitely be back !

The most wonderful find with fabulous staff! Central to everything, delicious breakfast with so many options (incl. Homemade cakes and bread!), lovely bright spacious rooms too. I was really late for check in because of transport and passport delays and Paola waited for me for 2 hrs without even complaining. Incredibly friendly, great value for money, don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Lecce. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the historic center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality of Serena and Paola. Their warmth and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with thoughtful options for allergies. The hotel was excellent! Beautiful suite with a large balcony. Centrally located within easy walking distance from all the main sites in Lecce. The owner and staff were wonderful. Staying at Casa Mamma Elvira's was like staying with a great friend. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with such friendly reception. The room was spacious and clean with a nice cool air conditioning. It is the perfect location to get to all of the major attractions in the city. Parking is difficult, and I'd suggest just right away parking in the overnight lot nearby. It is managed with security, so you do not have to worry about your car. The breakfast was such a delight! Not only was the food delicious, they were genuinely happy to serve us and we were able to have wonderful conversation. This is a hotel that knows true hospitality!

This is a superb property and we loved our 3 night stay. Our host, lovely Serena, upgraded our room to an apartment, and it was fabulous, so much room and meticulously maintained. The fabulous breakfast spread was a treat, and was well managed by the joyful and efficient Paola. The property also has restaurants close by and we ate at one of them for 2 nights. The property is in a great location and our room was very quiet. A super stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in CME. It's located in a small, quiet alley and is very centrally located. The rooms are clean, and there is a kitchen if needed. The best part of our stay were Serena at the front desk, and Paula who took care of us at breakfast. I can't say enough of how friendly and helpful they were. Paula helped book a private boat trip at the last minute, which was wonderful.
