On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the upper floor offers two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a double bed. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.

The true highlight of the property is its outdoor area: a magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with open views, perfect for enjoying the sun, sharing outdoor meals, or relaxing with family and friends.
