Overall nice stay, with a few minor gripes, housekeeping missed numerous items after first nights stay, no water, hot chocolate replenishment. Shower head fired off in all directions as it was old, booked queen bed but felt like a double as we had no movement space, hand lotion in bathroom full but unusable as nozzle gunked up and bottles secured to the wall. Club lounge was very nice and the waiting staff were very nice and attentive.

The hotel room was good, the breakfast was average (overpriced) What was really disappointing is that upon checking out myself and my friend were told that we would have complimentary parking, however upin checking myy credit card the hotel had proceeded to bill my credit card, upon calling the hotel to check I was told by a rude manager that there has been a misunderstanding and that the parking charge would stand. Most unprofessional

Room was clean and comfortable except for being too warm. AC kept switching back to a higher temperature through the night, so we didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty of choice.
