We arrived around 14.30 ready for a 15.00 check in. As everyone was already doing the same thing we were asked to wait which wasn't an issue. We got a coffee and just waited. We could see others checking in but still we waited. A lovely lady called Emily came to us to check us in as we were near enough the last people. She apologized profusely for the delay but it didn't matter at all to us Because of the delay we were offered any drink be it hot or cold The room was very clean and comfortable. Could've have asked for more. We had booked to go to The First Direct Arena to see Billy Ocean so asked Emily if she knew the bus timetable. She went above and beyond to sort everything out for us A true and very valuable asset to the company. Many thanks Emily Steve and Linda

We checked in late after a very long drive, went into the room and found old stale fries on the floor under the desk and hanging cobwebs and dust from the ceiling. At the time there was no one on the front desk so was just easier to clean it myself and go to sleep

Very unhappy.

Awful stay, booked for a overnight stop off after driving 7 hours from the Scottish highlands, reception gave us the wrong room, no cots available, no sheets for pull out bed, food was very expensive & completely dissatisfying if im completely honest pathetic quality & quantity, definitely dont get your moneys worth!! Ended up leaving after a few hours as my partner and i ended up having to squeeze in a bed with our son after not been given a cot or sheets for the sofa bed and after all that all we could hear was multiple different neighbours partying. So if you are looking for a relaxing stay, avoid this place at all costs. What a waste of money.
