The first night I was put in a room that had been numbed for pests, cockroaches . The chemical smell was unbearable . And I had to kill a cockroach in the bathtub . Since it was after midnight ai stayed in that room due to being too tired to deal with it. The next morning the staff switched my room and they were very nice about it . I do think they should refund that first night. Since ai booked through you I am asking you to get it refunded . Thank you Ava

I've stayed here before and the service is top notch. The free breakfast is better than any other hotels that I've been to. The pool is always clean and so is the gym. I never have trouble getting clean towels unlike some other places.

Inconsistent

Clerk was dealing with an irate customer as we were checking in. So we finally got checked in and head up to the room. The room seemed clean enough but the toilet was skipped in the cleaning process, as evident by the tissue in the water and the uncleanliness of the toilet bowl. Whatever, it’s late and we’re tired. We settled for the night, I get a (loud) phone call from the front desk at 10.30 pm asking me what room I was in, and my room number because it (something) was telling her I wasn’t checked in. It made no sense to me. Saving grace was their breakfast was pretty nice.
