The staff was nice, but the room was incredibly run down and the carpet was filthy. I was forced to check into a smoking room which I had not selected. The intense smell of smoke in the room made it very difficult to get any sleep.

Staff was great, room was good upon arrival. But, for 2 days the room was never cleaned. They said they were understaffed. Finally on the 3rd day someone came in, didn't make the beds (just pulled blankets up), did take out trash....but did not replenish coffee stuff or soap.

Lovely staff at the front desk. However, room (designed for wheelchairs) could have used some easy and inexpensive rehab. Porch area looked out over lovely pond but needed small table and 2 chairs to be of any use. Bed comfortable, shower OK but showerhead had parts missing. Metal trim on lamps etc. tarnished. No USB ports. TV reception blurry. Minimal soap and towels, no toiletries. Breakfast "adequate" but there are better out there. Had to drive to breakfast area d/t distance- too far for anyone to want to walk. Reliable door key and fridge. $250 worth of repairs and updates would transform the room.
