Before we booked the hotel, I read the reviews and was not disappointed. Very satisfied with our stay. The view from our room was excellent. Mayon volcano was really beautiful .The view from the rear parking lot was even better. Service was excellent from the front desk staff,to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping and the security guards. The hallway to the parking lot was beautifully done. Rooms was a good size. And the bed was comfortable and the amenities was just right. The separate toilet and showers was nice. The location was excellent, church across the street and a short ride to SM mall. Although we did not use the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport it was nice to know that one was available.
