The breakfast was ok but was repetitive and lacked variety. The service around the pool was quite poor and the beers from the bar were tepid at best. Access to beach was great and pool facilities were great. I would try other places before coming back here.

Best location and beach access. Staff are fantastic and the resort has all amenities to make family holiday wonderful. The resort is older but clean and comfortable. 3 pools and baby/toddler splash area great for young families. Stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back. the property is still very nice but the rooms have seen better days - showers are pretty ordinary and we had problems with TV reception but everything was put aside by the excellent service from our room attendant Ade. all in all we would return and would recommend the property to others.

A great old hotel right on the beach.

Have stayed many times at the Jayakarta hotel over 25 years and feel it’s like home away from home. Though a very old hotel they have renovated some rooms and ours was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and happy and the grounds kept immaculately. The pool area is spotless and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great relaxing place to stay. A little bit older but its in a great location across the road from Legian beach and in the middle of everything. Breakfast is delicious every day ,the 3 pools are beautiful and refreshing, the lawns and gardens are beautifully maintained. The rooms are a little bit older but still comfortable and clean. Only downside for me is the pool bar closes at 6pm regardless of how many guests are in the pool swimming and or drinking at 6pm they dump many litres of chlorine in ,so if you are out and about through the day and want to relax with a drink from the pool bar at 6.15 forget it. I do believe the pool does open again about an hour after the chlorine dump but not the pool bar. Also i believe you can get a drink from a near by bar and have in the pool but would love to see the pool bar open till 9 or 10pm after all we are on holidays and having a great time. This is my only negative and will be back again next year
