Lovely and modern. Sleek bathroom. Comfy bed with big tv. Good coffee/tea amenities/free waters. Fridge and safe. Hotel was spacious and airy. Lots of car parks a few minutes away and staff were very welcoming on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel room -very well designed -even the shower had a hole in the glass screen so you can switch the shower on and get the temperature right before stepping in £20 to park the car on a Sunday is a bit steep

Access to and information about cost of parking not clear prior to booking. I had asked for wheelchair accessible space but none without cars in already (none had blue badge on their windscreen). Not made clear that parking is charged at £20 per night.

Classy for Leicester 👀

Brilliant hotel, well thought throughout, unfortunately wasn’t any parking onsite due to being full, but 5 mins away plenty of space, only negative ordered nachos (was expecting homemade) not the crisps.. other then that bang on will be back for sure! Photo was view from my room!

Was lead to believe that parking was available at the hotel for £20 but upon arrival, was told it’s full and nearest one is only a few minutes walk back. Walking back took more than 15 minutes which was not ideal as had to drag the suitcase and bags in the heat whilst suffering a bad back. Staff not very helpful.

The staff were so quick when checking us in and they added late checkout until 2pm as we were visiting my newborn niece on life support in the hospital. Breakfast was lovely, our room was beautifully clean with a fantastic shower and the bed was so comfortable I never wanted to leave it!

Very pleasant experience checking in. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. We booked a standard twin room which was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable and loved the walk in shower. We booked breakfast and it was amazing. Reception even booked parking for us as the hotel parking was full. Cant fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever need to stay over in Leicester.

I am really sad to have to write this as I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel to begin with, lovely staff and gorgeous hotel, unfortunately I had the horror of finding faeces stains all over the bed sheets on the inside and on the side of the bed. I was so in shock I didn’t complain and simply left. I am assuming it must have been a member of staff as you would hope the sheets are changing daily in a hotel especially one of that quality. I am sure if I had said something the staff at reception would have been more than accommodating however I was more in disbelief as you don’t usually find something quite so bad in a hotel room.
