Disliked: Cleanliness
Als ich ankam, wurde ich zwei Stunden mit dem Schlüssel hingehalten und dann wurde mir von so einem komischen Call Center erklärt, sie haben die Schlüssel nicht und sie würden jetzt stornieren. Das wars dann ich musste mir spontan eine Unterkunft finden. Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt, keine Ahnung, ob der Anbieter seriös ist und man dort tatsächlich nächtigen kann. Eine Zumutung!
