Room was excellent. Large with everything required. Staff efficient and courteous. Bed comfortable. On issue staff came in before 9 to clean the bedroom. Opened door but shut quickly when realised we were in bed still.

Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in.

Great bike friendly hotel

Great hotel close to everything and not noisy. Huge rooms, comfy beds and lifts big enough to two bicycles in with panniers! The staff were friendly and quick to check us in.
