The apartment was very new. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed to get settled in immediately. The communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The unit was located on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. The gym and common areas were well equipped. Parking was abundant. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the outside hallways and stairwells. I passed the same trash each day for the duration of my stay. The attention to the outside of unit/building/grounds needs some improvement. Exterior floors/walkways need to be swept and power washed so that the property appears neater and well cared for. Overall, we had a great stay and would go back again.
The pictures of the listing were 100% accurate. The place was very clean and comfortable. My main concern was the lack of communication from the host. There weren't any instructions for how to access the wifi in the apartment, neither for what to use to access the pool at the clubhouse. I was only able to get someone on the phone when I first checked in, after that my calls weren't answered. The one person named George that I spoke with was respectful, however I felt that he was rushing to end my call with him. He gave me a 24/7 number so I could get help with anything while there. I called and texted that number and never got a response. I was able to text an AI assistant but the responses were hours later. George also let me know he was sending someone who would be coming to replace the mop in the apartment because it was missing parts and couldn't be used but that person never came to my knowledge. One of the residents at the clubhouse made my wife and I feel uncomfortable when he kept staring us as we were trying to figure out how to access the pool since we weren't given any instructions only to ask us if we were living there and not even offer to tell us how to get in. That guy was weird. Overall my wife and I totally loved the apartment though and we'd consider coming back but management really needs to do better with explaining more details with the amenities when advertising and ensuring visitors are helped with there inquiries.
The place was pretty easy to find and located in a nice neighborhood. I had issues with the keyless entry not working but once I found the correct number, it was resolved. The place was pretty clean for a pet friendly place. It was spacious and new. It had plumbing issues in the bathroom, which included poor draining in the tub and a leaky exhaust fan. I would like to see a little more care for the outside area, there were a lot of spiderwebs. Other than that, it was as advertised and a great place for the price.
Never sent me the building number in any emails after I asked several time and there was no response. Arrived after managers office was closed but was able to catch them as they were leaving for the day. They were very corruptive and had us follow them to our building. Then our door was a handle wonât pair up with our phone so we had to text every morning and get our new combination. No fenced in dog run so furry baby parents beware. All and all ac was good. Slept well, but it was too far to Wilmington and shopping.
Nice new apartments in a fairly convenient location. Grass and landscaping need a bit of attention but the interior was spotless and well stocked. Please read the check in process emails carefully beforehand, as there are apps needed to unlock the apartment doors.
Absolutely perfect place to stay. No complaints at all. Complex and place is brand new and has everything you need. Very clean, peaceful/quiet complex, pool and amenities are amazing. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington. Cant go wrong staying here!
