This beautiful holiday home at Buitenplaats Berg en Bos is fully equipped and very suitable for families. It is located right by the nature reserve and features unobstructed views and plenty of privacy. Enjoy your well-earned holiday with a drink of your choice in the spacious garden!

You are in a quiet area, with the forest 100 m from the house and a lake 5 km away. Here you can hike, picnic and enjoy nature. Lemele lies at the foot of the Lemelerberg, a moraine of about 60 m high. The Sallandse Heuvelrug lies between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle on one side and Twente on the other.

Fully modernised in 2023, the house offers comfortable bedrooms, several bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The spacious garden is furnished with attractive garden furniture. This house is located in a nature reserve and is not suitable for groups of young people who like to party.

Het huisje is prachtig gelegen. Wandelen kan zo vanaf het park richting de Lemelerberg. Echt heel Fijn! Het huis was ruim genoeg voor 8 personen. We hebben een fijn weekend gehad, maar er zijn verbeterpunten. . Voor 8 personen was de keukeninventaris beetje krap, dus vaak afwassen. We hadden geen mail ontvangen over de nieuwe digitale incheck. De oude manier stond nog op de verblijfsticket maar de genoemde postbus bestond niet meer. Na veel verschillende telefoonnummers te hebben gebeld zonder gehoor waren we een uur na aankomst binnen. Fijne bedden maar de dekbedden waren niet echt schoon. Sommige hadden vlekken. Het huis was goed schoon, maar niet onder de bedden. We troffen ook een vieze braadpan aan. De wc’s beide in combi met de badkamer leverde wel veel spitsuur op. Een aparte wc zou heel fijn zijn. Kortom: een prima huis met gemakkelijk aan te passen verbeterpunten. Behalve de wc

Minpuntje voor het onderhoud: het was niet zo heel schoon, de horren voor de ramen bleven niet zitten (er waren veel muggen) en de keukeninventaris was een beetje karig.
