We found a cockroach in our room the morning we left the property. Pillow cases looked yellow/dirty. A/C worked okay but a few nights the air coming from there had a horrible smell. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Perfect location.

Very disappointing

A decent location, but I was given the ugliest room with a terrible view. Hotel was empty and there was no way to choose a better view, so I don’t think they like Hotels.com customers. I could not have had a less nice room. It was almost like a joke.

I like the convenience of the location. Getting an Uber was easy & safe. I like there there are many shops & the area is walkable. I traveled with family & we were a group of 12. We had 5 rooms total. We all asked for a late check out & paired the difference the day of. I didn’t appreciate that the girl at the front desk was trying to charge me $100 pesos more than my brother. I told her that she had charged him Less & she quickly changed the price to match his. In addition the guy at valet was charging $1600 Pesos to take 6 of us to the airport. It was much much cheaper to get several Ubers. Once I said “ no thanks “ he lowered the price to $1000 pesos. I didn’t like feeling as if I was getting ripped off at the hotel we stayed at. Otherwise it was a good experience. Clean & the buffet was tasty.

Great location and staff! But the building definitely needs an upgrade - the beds were hard and dated decor. The hallways are ok but definited dated. A remodeling to the bathrooms are much needed.

Do not book here, construction noise starts at 8am and stops around 6pm. In our room we hear constant banging noises. Cockroaches in our room and front desk didn’t care. No te huespedes aqui, No reserve aquí, el ruido de la construcción comienza a las 8 a.m. y termina alrededor de las 6 p.m. En nuestra habitación escuchamos ruidos constantes. Cucarachas en nuestra habitación y en la recepción no les importaba.

Older hotel with some rooms overlooking the central plaza. It was renovated about 10 years ago, and could use another update. Less firm mattresses would be the first upgrade to make.

They only had hot water for one day, the rest of the days I had to shower with extremely cold water, they had roaches everywhere, it was extremely noisy as well can hardly rest because every morning they would have construction going on.

Desilucion de cuarto !!! Sabanas y colchas manchadas, Colchon muy duro y viejo. La regadera tapada el agua estancada y flotaba la basura al rededor. Este hotel esta caro para los cuartos que ofrecen que en realidad necesitan atencion y remodelacion.
