The villa is located about 600 m from the village of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area.
Its dominant position (120 m above sea level) offers a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, the hills and the town. It benefits from a refreshing natural ventilation.
It has three rooms with sea view, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The quality of the materials used (wood red tropical, Cumaru, swimming in natural stone, travertine, onyx ...) and its Creole-inspired style make this a charming place to especially pretty decoration.
Built in 2016, this villa has a complete and modern equipment (computer, wifi, bluetooth stereo, LED lighting with dimmer, safe code etc.).
Snorkeling kits (decathlon technology) are freely available to the occupants (children and adults) to allow them to better take advantage of the wealth of the seabed (while reducing their suitcases), and visit the turtle who elected home in 5 bays that includes our little village whose authenticity and quality of the sites are a must in Martinique.
The house has a private parking. It is possible to access to the steps or drive to load more easily unload luggage or shopping (the slope is steep, however).
Stays are marketed from late October 2016, the finishing touches are underway. The series of pictures online will soon be completed (kitchen, bathroom).

We loved our 2-week stay. The view is just sublime - spent a long time staring out and watching the birds, all so beautiful. The villa itself is great too - really roomy and felt like a home-from-home. The climb up from the village is extremely steep, you need to be able-bodied to talk it, but all worth it for the incredible view. Laurent, who helps manage the villa, was great - really friendly and available to help with any questions, plus he sorted out our airport taxis and hire car via the lovely Fred. We also walked to Grand Anse d’Arlet, the next bay, a few times (about 40 mins in total) and loved it there - made a change from the village beach and had a good choice of restaurants (we particularly loved Kalua). Also so many great beaches to see if you have a car.

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté de cette villa. La vu est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons adoré chaque moment. Le petit village est très charmant. La marche pour ce rendre a la plage est assez difficile pour une famille car escarpée mais c’est la raison pour laquelle la vu est aussi incroyable.La villa est parfaitement équipé avec tout ce qui est requis. Nous recommandons très fortement!

Ultimate paradise!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places while travelling…this is now our favourite place!! The house was fantastic, well equipped and so lovely with the covered patio and pool..the view of the town was incredible..the pictures can’t do it justice.. a lovely quiet area..diving and nearby restaurants were wonderful…bakery in every town..we will be back!

Beautiful house in a great location

We spent a week in February here and it exceeded our expectations. If anything, while the pictures provided on HomeAway are very nice, they don't quite capture just how exquisite this villa is. The view from the deck is amazing. We are a family of four with 2 boys aged 12 and 9, and there is more than enough room. The pool and outdoor spaces are great and Anse D'Arlet beach is at the bottom of the hill. Snorkeling there is excellent, and the beach itself is very calm. Diamont beach is only 15 minutes away for playing in the waves. We split our time between the 2. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms (3) are all very nice. We look forward to returning again. Things to be aware of: There are 2 big sliding doors that open up to the outdoor dining room and sitting area. Another hatch-style window opens from the kitchen. There are no screens on these, and at night, when it can get a little buggy, they must be closed. There are screens on most of the other windows, but in the downstairs master suite, there is another screenless sliding door. It makes it so that at night, you have to use the AC, rather than rely on the ocean breezes. Most people would probably prefer the AC anyway, but I like to hear the waves and the breeze. Not a big issue at all, and during the day, the open airy style is wonderful.

Amazing rental in Martinique!

This rental was amazing! The views from this home were stunning and better than advertised. The photos do not do the property justice. There was always a lovely breeze to keep the house cool and comfortable. The home was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed to feel at home for our week in Martinique. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the comforts of home. We spent most of our time in the outdoor spaces including the lovely deck, pool, and covered sitting/dining area. The bedrooms were also comfortable and well appointed and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The Wi-Fi was fast and kept all of us and our devices connected with no problems. There was quite a bit of construction as they were building a house next door and they start early (6:30am), but you could not hear the noise from inside the bedrooms.. Also, for those staying in the master bedroom on the first floor, it should be noted that the actual toilet is not in the master bath. Rather, you use the powder room across from the room on the first floor. The town of Anse d'Arlet was lovely and quiet. There is a beautiful beach, bakery, and a few little places to get a bite to eat. It is a quick drive to Grand Anse and Le Diamant, where there are more beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and a gas station. Check guidebooks before you go, though, as some establishments are closed at times during the afternoon and throughout the week. And bring a map in your rental car. Roads are well marked, but it can help to navigate if you are unfamiliar with the island. Overall, we could not believe our good fortune to have stayed here for a week and hope to return to beautiful Martinique soon!

Alles bestens. Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Man kann einiges unternehmen. Retaurants, Bäcker und kleine Läden sind in der Nähe. Auch frischen Fisch gibt es jeden Tag bei den Fischern zu kaufen. Strand und Palmen-alles da. Auch wer sich Botanik, Historie und/oder Rum ineressiert kommt auf seine Kosten.
