With a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travelers, it is composed of a pretty living room of 15 m ², of an equipped kitchen, of a veranda, of two beautiful rooms, a bathroom and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 2 000 m ², two terraces in rez of roadway, a beautiful swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

Entrance by the floor of the housing which is composed in the following way:

- A veranda with dining area.
- Two rooms with a king-size bed (180×200) and 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

- A swimming pool (private, not heated), 7m by 4m, fully fenced, open from May to October. Opening date not contractual.
- A jacuzzi available from May to October, which can accommodate 5 travelers.
- A beautiful garden of 2 000 m² equipped with a hammock and a barbecue.
- A first terrace near the swimming pool of 12 m², to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace of 15 m² on the side of the garden.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Les Assions, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, Super U at 1 km, Carrefour and local shops at 3 km...

You can enjoy all the picturesque sites of this beautiful region: medieval cities, historical centers, castles, museums..., Natural and unusual sites: Vallon pont d'Arc, Gorge du Chassezac, Défilées de Ruoms, Bois de Païolive, Canyon, miniature village, Ron des Fades, dinosaur footprint, rupestrian sarcophagi, caves, avens..., And very developed playful and sporting activities: canoeing, climbing, Via Ferrata, acrobranche, hiking, karting, cycling.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
