It is ideally located in the heart of the shopping area of Les Orres 1800 in the building 'Les Colchiques' of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, with all its shops (restaurants, convenience store, bakery, ski rentals,...) and numerous activities. The apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing after your sporty days, a bedroom, and a separate toilet. From the east-facing balcony, you will enjoy sunny mornings while taking in the lovely view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains. For sleeping arrangements, you will have a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, two single beds measuring 80 x 190 cm in the sleeping area, and a 2-person convertible sofa in the living room.
