L'appartement merite un coup de fraicheur, et changement de la literie de la mezzanine.Tres bien placé, 8mn du carrefour market à pied et 3 mn de la grande plage. Petit balcon tres pratique pour sécher les serviettes. 3eme etage sans ascenseur

Et pourtant très déçu!

Très bon accueil par Sylvie. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, parking gratuit a proximité et commerces. Par contre, nous sommes très déçus de l’état global de l’appartement; En effet, il est comme dirait un agent immobilier »Dans son jus, prévoir travaux ». Sols( dont les lames de parquet bougent d’où chute possible) et murs défraîchis avec des taches un peu partout, la cuisine doit dater de la construction de l’immeuble(Frigo vétuste et abîmé), et il en est de même pour la salle de bain dont le fond de la baignoire/douche laisse à désirer (émail qui part au fond, dangereux car glissade et chute possible). De plus, pas de Wifi ou de machine à laver le linge. Nous avons eu l’occasion de visiter des appartements d’amis sur place avec un tarif bien en dessous et un équipement moderne, et il est clair que notre location laisse à désirer à ce tarif la! Une rénovation complète et un équipement plus complet(lave-linge, wifi, cuisine, Sdb , sols et murs) sont vivement conseillés! Dommage car l’immeuble et la situation sont très bien!

Appartement propre, bien situé, au calme. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Lits confortables. Tv dans la mezzanine de l'appartement. Prévoir budget supplémentaire pour parking à la gare sécurisé car pas de places gratuites autour du logement depuis peu. Pas de Wi-Fi, mais peu utile vu l'endroit. Pas de douche, mais petite baignoire (un peu étroite..). Très bonnes vacances passées au bord de la mer.
