Rooms are abit small , but well equipped. However , they need more plug-ins for electric equipment, where there is USb and Tyoe C multiple connections. Every room in the world must have these.

The lighting in the room is awful especially in the bedroom and the carpets are not clean. Couch is ripped and chairs and couch too low!!!! Bathroom tub needs something to prevent falls. Very slippery. Dusting throughout the building is poor!! Not worth what we paid.

The original room we booked and checked into was SUPER tiny. The carpet had stains on it and was rippled, and the bathroom fan was so loud you could not use it. The space was not adequate for an adult and 2 teens at all. Thankfully was able to get an upgrade for an additional cost. The hotel was not to the standard I expected for a coast hotel flagship.
