The room was clean and the staff were very welcoming. I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in right away. The pool area was clean and well maintained. As you walked the hallway, the staff all greeted you with a smile on their face. A very pleasant experience and will definitely be back!

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The only thing I feel needs mentioning, is the temperature of the pool water is very cold, and the hot tub is more warm than hot.

The hotel itself is starting to show it's age. I get that, so am I. We've been staying there for many years. The front counter service is, terrible. A fellow patron and I got on one of two elevators and promptly got stuck inside. Luckily there were two of us and we able to force the door open to exit. I reported the incident, used the stairs to go back to the room as it was check out time. upon my return to the front desk to check out, I noticed a "out of order" sign on the counter. A different staff member is now present, so I said thanks for putting up the sign. She said in a very heavy Asian accent"It's fine now, it's working. What if someone else can't pry the stuck door open next time(and there will be a next time, it's machinery, it needs attention)? Two king size rooms, two different prices, why? My wife and I got an "upgrade". We opened the door and there was a bathtub next to the bed! That's not an upgrade, that's yucky!! I enjoy most Hampton stays, but this hotel has seen better days, both physically and staff wise. I honestly don't complain very often if ever, but this stay was way below par for a Hampton Hotel.

Found overall this property to have very friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. Breakfast had a good selection. Just one comment for improvement: we had a group of individuals - 4 separate bookings. Only half of our rooms were serviced with fresh towels and garbage emptied. Not sure if there was a staff shortage, or just missed?

Good room but can’t say same about breakfast.

Ok stay. Bed comfortable but pillows a bit worn. Breakfast can be improved. Waffles were nasty-chewy and not sure what kind of ingredients are in batter. Pancakes are the same - tough. Yoghurt has artificial sweeteners which are awful and leave an aftertaste. Scrambled eggs? Are they really made from eggs? Overall the breakfast needs improvement- whole ingredients and real natural food. I would rather pay less and skip the artificial food.

Overall this hotel was pretty good. Rooms are spacious and pretty clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Overall it deserves a 4 star rating but because of having to ask for things that should have been in room already like extra roll of toilet paper and check out experience I rated a little lower. We were a little dismayed that many of the packaged food items including condiments as well as the coffee packets are made in USA. I politely suggested on checking out that the hotel should be purchasing Canadian made products and the response was more or less a big eye roll. Not a good “elbows up” moment. Many other American companies operating in Canada including other hotel chains have made the switch in our observation so why not here?

The front desk staff repeatedly took money off boyfriends credit card until it came back decilned after several attempts to tell staff that this had happend. They refused to believe that they did this and even after mastercard telling them same thing. I had to spend 500 of our vacation money on incidental and we couldent even enjoy our stay.
