I absolutely love this hotel! My family booked here last year after showing up at a hotel booking that was the furthest thing from the site pictures and were greeted by warmth and kindess. So we booked again and once again did not disappoint! Traveling on my own with 4 young children I really appreciate the pool having lifeguards on duty it gives me so much peace of mind and lets me relax and enjoy the time with my kids. The room was perfect, exactly what we needed. My only complaint would be the restaurant breakfast. It was very overpriced, less then ideal service and not great tasting.

Came on a family road trip. Getting up and into our room was quick and efficient. My sister, my nephew and my mother went swimming in the pool for the night, had a great time. Lots of space in our family suite.

Perfect family hotel

Really great hotel to visit with family. Easy check in, great water park for the kids, and easy access to restaurant. Travelled without dog and they gave her treat upon arrival :) Our room was standard but very well clean and lots of counter space in the bathroom. Fitness centre was decent, the cardio machines were good, had free weights and space for floor work. In the corner they had a multi use cable machine that is VERY run down. Preferred the free weights over it. The only negative experience was the restaurant getting our orders wrong in some capacity for both dinner and breakfast.

Great Stay!

We went for our daughter birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it the best experience for our little one. They helped us with an early check in so she could enjoy the waterpark .

Would stay again!

The wave pool and one slide was down for our visit but the kids still had an amazing time! Long hours, always a life guard on duty. Not very busy either for a Saturday; would recommend for families for sure!
