When we checked in, the young lady looks like she would rather be somewhere else. We used to like staying here because of the friendliness in checking in. We felt welcome. This time even if we passed by, the young doesn’t even look at. She should be in the front. The service we got the next day for breakfast. The young gentleman who was cleaning was nice enough to look at us and nodded. The breakfast was good, the scramble egg not too rubbery. The staff that checked us out was nice and pleasant.

Expected quality

I travel as a consultant for law enforcement and the military, thus many nights out-of-town are my norm. My recent stay in Moscow, Idaho at the La Quinta was not a memorable stay to say the lease. Accommodations in the small college town is driven by the sporting events and not assisting out-of-state individuals assisting the health of your Communities. The over pricing with extremely modest amenities were rather shocking. I found servicing individual rooms on a three day schedule unacceptable. I have no malice towards your establishment, however, we all must make wise business decisions regarding our accountability toward our spending. Premier Quality

Best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Clean room, clean facility, friendly staff, tasty continental breakfast, convenient location, easy parking... all around great experience. I stayed two nights with them, then moved to a different hotel [for work purposes] (a bigger, more "upscale" hotel) and immediately missed my room here. The quality is premier. Thank you.
