This property is definitely old and in need of renovations. But it was inexpensive for one night and room was clean, bed was pretty comfy too. We checked in pretty late..the woman at the desk was very nice and friendly and made sure we knew where to go for parking and all the accommodations. Extra stars to her!

Rooms are outdated but lobby, breakfast & pool area is nice. The walk to parking garage isnt the best. Overall I would stay again, staff was super friendly.

This hotel was housing flood victims who had lost their homes locally, so it was a bit loud with children playing in the halls, something that was easy to see past. They do a pretty good job dealing with the politics of development in downtown Frankfort.

Hotel lobby has issues. There is a room with glass walls and door filled with junk spilling into hallway and then they have some sort of food giveaway with no explanation of who provided food, who should take food. The dining room overlooks a transportation center. Room was neat and clean but the faucet in the bathtub was hard to control water temp. Breakfast was provided but no eggs. Food was okay but lacking.
