Courteous,friendly and excellent customer service from all staff members,beautiful decor fitting for the area but was disappointed that several water features were inoperable in the main lobby and more art work or horse sculptures,saddles,etc would be amazing We also found the parking area to be poorly lit which could be a safety issue? We booked a King suite with sofa sleeper but recieved a 2 double bed with sofa sleeper reason explained, that's all that's available Mattresses felt like Motel 6 minus the bedbugs we hope

The desk staff, with the exception of the one young man working was horrible. Treated you like you were bothering them. I took exception with the “$15 daily parking fee” due to the fact that several online sites providing info stated “free parking”… it wasn’t AFTER I booked that I found out by looking at reviews that there was a daily parking fee! (I have examples from online sources stating “free” parking and I WILL dispute that charge with my CC Co. Fountains in the lobby area not working, the outdoor and indoor landscaping was horrible. Dead plants all knocked over. Dirty, stained carpets in the lobby. The curtains in my room had thread bare spots in them. Was assigned a room on the first floor that barely had hot water. The bathroom was SUPPOSE TO BE a handicap setup. No way, was absolutely the SMALLEST bathroom I’ve EVER had in a hotel. The “free” breakfast was an omelette (not bad).. however, everything else on the buffet was COLD! The “reception” happy hour in the evening was bottom shelf (complimentary) alcohol. The blond bartender needs to find another job! It was THE WORST hotel experience of my life and I totally feel ripped off. Just tear it down and build a new complex. For the high price, certainly expected a LOT more. This place SUCKS! DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

outstanding costumer service

I loved the costumer service. the cooks, servers and bar tenders are efficient, friendly, work as a team. amazing costumer service. I loved the breakfast bar with option for cooking special items like ommeletes, avocado toast, other. nice surprise to find happy hour option. I will definatly come back

We spent 5 days at the hotel and housekeeping didn’t come once. The bathroom grout in the shower and the floor were filthy and we had hair and crumbs in all of our drawers. One of the large planters on the way to our room was full of random trash that stayed exactly the same the entire stay. The staff were friendly but the hotel is really run down and dated.
