Ultimately ended up staying here after a long day of travel and needing to get off the road.
Called a few hours ahead of my arrival to inquire about the availability of any rooms, the staff member stated they had 1 more room left and the rate was $408. I then directly checked the website and saw a rate of $248. Ultimately ended up going with expedia since they had the lowest rate, not sure why I was about to get upcharged.
Parking was very limited since they were sold out for the night, I was traveling with a trailer and inquired about any additional parking or areas I could park at. I was basically told to either park in the property parking lot, or check with property next door and ask if I can park in their lot but then I’ll be liable if any problems arise from me parking there. And if they say no then I’m basically out of luck. Very frustrating to hear after traveling all day.
Got into the room and Discovered the thermostat on the wall was broken and didnt work, and the drain for the shower/tub was broken and was just laying on the floor of the tub. Not exactly the room or welcome I was expecting after a long day of traveling.
