Checkin: We requested two rooms. One room was a mess so the front desk manager apologized and gave us a clean room. We understood, mistakes happen. Service: I started my shower only to realize that our refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles were both empty. (I’m a fan of the eco-friendly bottles, but they need to be maintained.) Breakfast: Continental breakfast was ok, very simple. At 7:00a the coffee pot was empty and it took more than 20 minutes for the staff to bring a full carafe. Service: After breakfast, used the guest bathroom on first floor and the two toilet paper rolls were empty in the first stall so I used the handicap stall instead. A decent stay overall, but many areas need more effort and attention. Probably would choose a different hotel next time.

We really enjoyed the hotel. There was someone coming in and out of the back door when we were trying to sleep. I don’t know how you can control it, but it kept us up. It must have been at least 20 times.

The pool was closed. Expedia users beware. The pool closure was only noted in the property details link on Expedia. Ignore the pictures of a beautiful pool and check the property details link. Breakfast was really poor, no hot offerings, hard boiled eggs still in the shell, not even oatmeal.
