The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

We stayed for a total of four nights at Hotel Liss. We were very pleased with everything about our stay at this hotel. The thing that probably stood out to us the most was the friendliness of the staff. We had several staff members go out of their way to be helpful, and they always made us feel very welcome. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio outside of the lobby in the morning. The breakfast was included with our room and there were excellent options. We tried different omelets, qofte (Albanian meatballs), and the rice pilaf with meat. All were excellent as was the coffee. We also ate dinner there and had a very good meal. The location of this hotel is excellent since it is in the center of Lezhe and it is easy to walk to many stores, restaurants, and activities. We enjoyed getting ice cream at Edi, a short walk from the hotel. We also had a wonderful time touring the Lezhe castle. This hotel felt like our home away from home during our stay, and the staff felt like new friends. We were sorry to leave, and if we ever get the opportunity to visit this beautiful country again we would stay at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic and the service again, was superb. I will definitely be going back.

Friendly and nice. Very good value!

We are really impressed by the friendly welcome and hospitally during our stay in Lezhe. This was our first night in Albania, and all four of us was so impressed by the friendliness and customer service. We also had dinner at the hotels restaurant in the evening. They serve typical local food (more or less mediterran kitchen). Fish and the food was absolutely fresh. Same with the breakfast in the morning. Simple, but nice. The hotel staff was very friendly, everyone of them. The hotel manager met in the morning to say goodbye. All in all a very nice and good experience.

到着時刻が遅かったにもかかわらず、笑顔で対応していただきました。 また、晩御飯について相談した時にも、適切な助言をしてくれました。 併設されたレストランの朝ごはんがとてもおいしかったです。 受付のサービスは良く、ホテルをよくしたいという意気込みが感じられました。 チェックアウトの際に『不満点はありましたか？』と聞かれたので、 ホテルをよくすることに貢献できればと思い、すこし改善点をお話ししました。 部屋にドライヤーが無くても、受付に行けば貸してくれます。 初めて訪れた国で、心細かったですが、皆さん優しく対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。 思い出に残りました。
