Check in as terrible! The lady at the front desk did not know what was going on and charged my card and had an attitude for me asking why was she charging my card when I booked through hotels.com. She just kept saying she does not know what the charge is. Finally a manger was called and he was polite and said he did not know why she charged my card. Refund was given but the overall experience was terrible. She was not very nice or friendly when being greeted. No customer service at all.
Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!
