Beautiful property-terrible customer service, and small space

The front desk VERY MUCH DISLIKES people renting from owners. They refused to give us pool towels, made it clear that if we needed anything we had to reach out to the owner, NOT THEM and they would not be cleaning or providing anything. The listing said 2 king beds, it was a very small queen and a king. When I reached out to find out if we were in the wrong room, I was told it was the right room with a king and a queen. No mention of the fact that I paid for 2 kings. I also had to reach out about towels and was told the front desk is supposed to give them to us and that’s why they pay his fees, but they still refused. Then I was told I could borrow someone else’s, or use the room towels. They gave us 2 towels in the room for the 2 nights with 3 people. Was less than I was hoping for considering how much I paid. Still never got pool towels.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2025
