Fantastische Lage, tolle Wohnung

Das Kaha Lani Resort ist perfekt fĂŒr Leute die auf ein Hotel verzichten und Kauai erkunden wollen. Der Strand ist gleich vor der HaustĂŒr, in die Berge braucht man maximal eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Auch in den schönen Norden braucht man nicht viel lĂ€nger. FĂŒr drei Personen ist hier auf jeden Fall genĂŒgend Platz und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive SpĂŒlmaschine. Im Umkreis von 10 Fahrminuten befinden sich tolle Restaurants sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war wundervoll, gerne wieder!

The stay at Kaha Lani was wonderful. The view from the Lanai was advertised well and we truly had a 180Âș uninterrupted view of the ocean. The complex was clean and very quiet. We were thankful for the water spigot at the bottom of the stairs. I would recommend this property to anyone, unless air conditioning was a non-negotiable.

This condo was a really great place to stay. Extremely clean and quiet, with great ocean front views from the lanai. It is centrally located with lots of restaurants available close by. The property management was exceptional to deal with. We want to definitely come back!!

We loved our condo. We spent most of our waking hours on the oceanfront balcony. It was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. We also appreciated the extra half bathroom. The large mirror in that bathroom was ideal for shaving and putting on makeup. The path along the ocean was a great place for a stroll. If we every return, we'll stay at this resort again.

Overall a very good experience. Condo was excellent and exactly as advertised. Ocean view was BEST EVER. It could not have been improved.Location is central to the island which also makes it very convenient to go both directions with ease.The one item that is worth mentioning is that the BBQ's were at other end of resort, in terrible condition and basically not useable. A third grill was located in the parking lot and also needed repair. Property Management is NOT taking care of these grills.Overall, very quiet (which we like) and our unit was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Clean, quiet and peaceful.Also worth mentioning that there is a homeless encampment on the edge of the property towards the golf course (public park area) but we experienced no issues at all walking through or near that area. Homeless citizens were observed many locations on the island so it's not just this area.Finally, we would highly recommend this unit and these condos for those that want quiet, with a great view.

Great location

Unit was clean and well appointed. Loved the large lanai and gorgeous sunrises. Quiet area surrounded by a state park with trails and a beach that goes on for miles. East side is not ideal for swimming/snorkeling but there is a protected swimming area in the park. Great location to explore the island from. Beware the gangs of cats and chckens ;-) and FYI, Kauai roosters cannot tell the time.

Great communication from property management throughout. Unit was clean and organized. Fantastic views of the ocean from the lanai and pointed due east to catch the sunrise. Quick walk on the paved path to Lydgate beach. Community pool on the property was very clean and looked recently refinished. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing view and stay in Kauai!

My husband, 14 year old son and I loved this beautiful & super clean rental space! Bed was cozy & our son said sleeper sofa was too! The view was incredible and the sunrise & ocean breeze were unbeatable. Pool and laundry were great. Kitchen had all you need and more. There was plenty of green space right below so they could play catch. Walking distance to lifeguarded beach. Close to lots of stuff and food. Amazing experience! Thanks for having us!

Great location...great ocean front view.

This unit faces directly out to the ocean (about 100yrds away. There is a walking/bike path between the unit and the ocean, but that wasnt an issue and made for great people watching. The winds were exceptionally strong and made it hard to enjoy the outside deck and lounge chairs...but that WAS the Air Conditioning during our stay. Nice unit for a couple but might be a little tight with a little or another couple to share.

A little slice of heaven

From our moment of our arrival we knew this place was special. The roosters greeted us, the view from the lanai was incredible, the sunrises were inspiring. We ate meals on the lanai, the kitchen has everything you need and the Safeway is only a few miles away in Kapaa. We were the only ones laying out on the beach each day, no one within 100 yards, However, the swimming beach is about a 5 minute walk. Having 2 bathrooms and a separated bedroom was a plus. There is a small homeless encampment about 1/4 mile on the road near Lyngate park but there were no issues. The management provided not only easy directions for check in but also important island information, road closures, beach safety etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach mats and a small cooler were also provided. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

Great location, view, and property

Good location between north and south side of island, 30-40 mins to get to either end. Property is well maintained, quiet, on walk/running path and easy access to the beach. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the sunrise. Nice breeze at night helped cool it off. Large deck to relax. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella which we used every day. Just over all a great stay.

Stunning property for relaxing vacation in Kaua’i

Are you looking for a quiet, relaxing property in Kaua’i with an amazing view? Then this is the place for you! Right on the ocean, with beaches and walking paths, this property offers the perfect location for watching sunrises every morning. In my opinion it is one of the best properties in this resort. The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable, and we appreciated the stocked kitchen, including a variety of spices, foil, Saran Wrap - everything you would need to cook! Additionally, it is centrally located to provide easier access to other parts of the island, and close to food stores and airport. If you plan to visit Kaua’i, this is where you want to stay!

Couldn't be happier

This is our 3rd trip to Kauai, and 7th to Hawaii. We typically stay in condos because they're more comfortable than hotels, and we like to feel more at home. Last time we were on Kauai we really enjoyed the swimming at Lydgate, so knew we wanted to be close. This property was just about perfect. Oceanfront, far enough away from the highway so it was quiet, and mostly families so the atmosphere was perfect for us. The unit itself was spotless and well furnished, and we appreciated the filtered water at the sink so we didn't have to buy water or rely on one of those pitchers that some condos have. The pullout was surprisingly comfortable, and my 12 year old son loved sleeping on it. The queen in the bedroom was really great, and the breeze through the room at night and the ceiling fan made sure we slept really well, (until the Kauai roosters decided it was time to get up)! the condo mgmt was outstanding, with good communication and quick responses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and we'll use it again when we come back.

Wonderful view and location

Best place we have stayed in Kauai. Right on the ocean and view fabulous. Though no a/c, trade winds kept us cool and ceiling fans were enough. Only negative was lower corner kitchen cabinet needs attention and outside of refrigerator needs attention. These are minor, but stood out as everything else was very well kept.

Great location, lovely home

The unit was closer to the waterfront than I expected from the listing photos, a nice surprise. The view of the ocean is fantastic. Loved the pool and walkways to the different spots along the Lydgate Park complex. Location is nicely situated, easy to get to the North Shore, Port Allen, Waimea Canyon. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing!

We loved the property. It is exactly like the photos and the lanai is fabulous! We used the lanai to look out at the ocean as much as we could! It was absolutely beautiful. Very nice to have two bathrooms. Great location. Easy to drive to the north or south shores. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo so we could enjoy a little piece of paradise!
