Cute little hotel on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly and hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. Nice touches like pool towels and beach items to borrow and an outdoor movie night on saturdays.

Staff are very nice and super helpful and filled with Aloha. That said, the facilities themselves are very dated, my room had a wall mount AC with dirty water streaks running down the walls. The AC did not actually cool the room well and sounded like a freight train all night. Room as a whole also needed a coat of paint. Bed and linens were clean, but the room as a whole had some dust visible. Still uses key door locks, without a deadbolt or secondary lock to the handle. Property is fairly out of the way from dining or activities due to a bridge closure

They need more options/accessibility for folks with a handicap and or wheelchair. Maybe have rooms with more than one bed in handicap rooms. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The property is clean. It had a beautiful pool area and a nice breakfast. The rooms are rather dated and I would feel safer with an electronic key. Staff was very nice. Appreciate no resort or parking fees.

I’ve been at Kaua’i Inn and enjoyed it in the past. This was the first I was placed into an ADA room as it seemed to suit someone in a wheelchair. The room had less furniture. I wish I had a small table or counter to better do my computer work. When I re-book, I will be sure to request a normal room.

This place really shows its age. Lots of wear in my room and all around. Also, it's very secluded. Not easy to get to the beach or tourist area. But the staff are outstanding. The welcome bottle of wine was super nice. And the live music on the courtyard area is really cool. Overall. I would stay there again.
