Great Location; Some Issues

I was hoping for a small place with a high cleanliness factor. The property could have been better/cleaner, particularly the bathroom sink (clogged) and faucet, fell off. Didn't know who to call. We stayed only one night of the three we had contracted for, and sent Raul a message telling him we were leaving. He took our full payment and did not offer any refund which was, of course, his right. The irony was that he also kept the cleaning payment.

clean, well located, but somewhat noisy

The location is excellent and the manager was fairly responsive. He got a a kitchen knife when we informed him that there was only a bread knife, but we had only one fork for the entire stay. I had no trouble getting in at 4 am, there is always a door man. The street noise was pretty constant and you could sometimes hear the neighbors talking or watching TV, even at 2 am. The doorman was absent a few times, which meant that we couldn't get OUT until we found him. Overall they were very friendly.

Mother daughter spring break

Great location to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and the playa - all within walking distance. Worked fine for our 1 night stay. Security made us feel safe. Loved sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine people watching in the evening. The street noise can be loud if you have trouble sleeping but overall a good fit for us.

Very good location. Close to everything

Location. Is perfect. Walk distance to shopping mall, larco mar, close to the beach and very good restaurants. Security 24 hrs. If you want parking space inside the building you will have to ask at the time of your reservation. It did not have a microwave.

Very nice!

Just as advertised, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being so close to Larco Ave. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars and Larcomar. Will definitely stay again!
