Historic Hotel at Lima’s Heart!

Wonderful treatment at Hotel España, a hotel full of history and very interesting. Heart of Lima, close to Plaza de Armas.

Estadia decepcionante

Estadia bem decepcionante. Fiz uma reserva para quarto individual com banheiro privativo. Quando cheguei ao hotel, me colocaram em quarto com banheiro coletivo. Reclamei, porém, o hotel não tinha mais quartos disponíveis. A cidade de Lima estava lotada por causa da final da Libertadores e não tinha mais quartos disponíveis, motivo pelo qual, fui obrigado a ficar no quarto sem banheiro, o que foi um transtorno. Após fazer o check-out, já no aeroporto percebi que esqueci meu casaco do Flamengo no quarto do hotel. Retornei para buscá-lo, contudo, quando cheguei no hotel, me falaram que as pessoas da limpeza não encontraram meu casaco. Absurdo. A recepcionista conferiu a câmera e confirmou que eu não saí com o casaco, e mesmo assim, não fizeram nada para restituir meu casaco, que, provavelmente, ficou com algum funcionário do hotel. Então, minha estadia foi decepcionante.
