The room was cleaned everyday and spotless. The towels are a bit over used. It would be nice if thet get new towels. Also, the kication was very good for tourists.

Excellent location in the heart of Miraflores district; good value for the price. Area could be a bit noisy at times because of ongoing construction projects in the neighborhood.

Não tive água quente no chuveiro por 3 dias , internet não funciona . Solicitei late check out haviam me permitido sem custo , na hora de sair me cobraram . Não se trata do número de estrelas , mas do básico não funcionar . Não recomendo , mesmo com pouco $ e mais crítico o app por ter em seu “cardápio” este tipo de tratativa

Chambre négligée et ancienne comme tout le mobilier. Pas d' eau chaude, chambre vraiment vétuste. Ils se permettent même de faire un état des lieux à notre sortie.... Points positifs : Bien situé près de la place Kennedy qui est annimée. Gentillesse du personnel de l hôtel

Compramos 3 quartos e quando chegamos só tinha 1 quarto com cama de casal, sendo que estávamos em 3 homens, tivemos que pegar mais um quarto com categoria muito inferior e pagar o mesmo preço que tinha reservado. No outro dia tiram nós do quarto. Gastei mais pra ir em outro hotel

Una estafa. Eso no es un Hotel tres estrellas.

Una estafa. Es una residencial que cobra como hotel tres estrellas. no tiene caja de seguridad funcionando, no hay ascensores y no lo dicen, no hay articulos de aseo para pareja, toallas en pésimo estado, desayuno horrible y lento. Todo pésimo.
