El cuarto tenía paredes y alfombra sucias y viejas, y el baño estaba tapado, lo que llamáramos a la recepción. Las fotos de Expedia no coincidían con la realidad. No pude solicitar un cambio de habitación ya que, durante nuestra estadía, salimos temprano y regresamos tarde. Este hotel fue una decepción. especialmente porque lo elegí para celebrar mis 25 años de matrimonio y la habitación no era buena.

The bathroom shower was leaking and when our room was changed, we received a room with leaking refrigerator and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom that does not go away after cleaning. The air condition was noisy. When we used the elevator in the night, it opened into a lobby area that was very dark. The staff tried to assit the concerns but there were just too many.

The room was clean but it was cold. The guy at the reception desk lend us a portable heater. The staff was friendly and approachable. The restaurant was awesome and food was excellent. Breakfast had a variety of options including made to order omelets and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar served a variety of drinks and the bartender was friendly, polite, and personable. The area around the hotel had a lot of restaurants and there’s a Mayan ruins nearby (walkable).

Weekend in Lima

This hotel was a good value for a weekend visit to Lima. I had a comfortable room that was adequately clean. The property itself is a bit worn, but appears to be maintained well. Staff members were invariably polite and attentive, often offering suggestions for attractions in the area and around the city. Traffic noise on the busy street can disrupt rest, as it builds and ebbs depending on time of day. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid.

Great location. Room is nice and spacious. Shower pressure is very good. Breakfast included and contains nice spread. Some downsides: hallway has a faint smoke smell. Bathroom sink has odor. Hotel provides two free bottles of water for brushing. Overall a convenient, quiet, and cost effective option.

We only stayed here one nights that for our final day in Lima, but we’re glad we did! The Chinese restaurant was amazing as were the drinks from the hotel bar! Rooms were good and the hotel was walkable to some great other restaurants!
