Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Dirty, broken and nothing luxurious about it!! Pictures are deceiving and description is not accurate. It was so bad that we did not stay. Management stands their ground that their policy is to not refund!! Of course that would be their policy. While they claim that they said they would clean the “luxury penthouse” which they did not; and no amount of cleaning would fix the place. If you need more details please feel free to message me. Go elsewhere! This place needs to be gutted and rebuilt!
