muy largo de contar... resumen La reserva por las 2 habitaciones no habia sido confirmada a pesar de que habia lugar al momentode hacerla y no recibi ninguna alerta de que se habias cancelado. Luego me pusieron enuna habitacion, y me avisaron que no iba a haber agua hasta la 22 o 23hs y eso se convirtio enlas 11 am del otro dia. algunas cosas mas pasaron y termine durmiendo en la Suite presidecial a las 24hs

We found this hotel to be the best one on our trip to Chile. The staff was very helpful and the room was prefect for our group of 3. Finding rooms to accommodate 3 adults in Chile is difficult, but this hotel was ideal. Highly recommend this place.
