Absolutely my best experience in Hotel stays in Lincoln City. And I've had several hotels in this town. My one and only "complaint" would be that the hot water temperature for the shower in the room was a little under par. I personally prefer hotter water for showers. Other than that, this place is a wonderful place to stay if you're going to be in Lincoln City. Not only is it convenient for walking, but also convenient for resources like the grocery store or convenience. Store for simple needs. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. They have a hot tub, pool, laundry services, vending machines, a good breakfast, coffee, etc.. I would recommend this place to anybody that stays in Lincoln City.

Showed customer service at the front desk. The property is clean and orderly. Our suite was nicely appointed and more than met our needs while visiting Lincoln City. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

The breakfast had both hot and cold options. You could make yourself a waffle, or there was scrambled eggs and sausage, and potatoes, or oatmeal for hot, and it was complementary.

Horrible Miss Suzie!!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Miss Suzie at the front desk immediately had an attitude with me when I requested a conjoining rooms. I had reserved two rooms for my large family, and she immediately started clapping her hands and yelling at me as if I did something wrong and then said “if I wanted two rooms together, I should’ve came into the hotel and reserved them”. I said “how is that possible when I live on the other side of the state that’s why I called to make reservations”. I called ahead of time to get rooms together and they couldn’t guarantee my accommodation and told me to request it when I checked into the hotel, which I tried, but Miss Suzie decided to yell and stomp and throw an attitude. Then I commented to my husband, “she must be racist” because she was a white German lady and then she told other customers that walked in “oh don’t mind that just ignore that” pointing at me when I didn’t even say a word and she made sure to tell the other customers don’t mind that over there, referring to me and my husband. It was absolutely disgusting!! I wish I had surveillance on it to post, but I will absolutely never stay at this hotel!! Or a Best Western for that matter, they have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.

I like that they do have breakfast and a heated pool. Overall for the price per night was really good and my kids enjoyed their stay there. It was peaceful and very relaxing.

Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub, nice. Pool perfect temperature. Staff very nice, helpful. Only complaint, being a senior citizen, a few mobility issues, toilet in bathroom way too low. It was a struggle getting up and down.

The carpet had stains and was loose and wavy in both the room and hall. There was also an unappealing smell. The bathroom door didn't clear the commode.(in other words, it hit the commode). The elevator was not well maintained. The bed and pillows seemed ok. I would not stay at this property again.
