After checking in our non pet room smelled badly of wet dog or something similar. They moved us to another room and when we checked under the sheets they were dirty and the mattress protector looked like it might have never been cleaned before. We left around mid night cause we weren’t going to sleep in that nasty bed. Also my wife saw a needle in the parking lot. It is very sketch looking around this hotel.

Everything was ok, staff nice to work with, has vending machines and a bar and does make hot food menu.. Clean organized, didn't see any bugs... Ice machine, can pop machine, clean towels and toiletries...

I booked here because it seemed to have decent ratings at a good price. The room was rough. Smelled funny and didn't seem to be cared for. I barely had time to set bags down before a mouse ran across the floor. I left at that point. The man at the front desk was kind enough to refund my pet amount and said I should contact hotels.com for a full room refund. Hotels.com said they were not able to get a response from the hotel to refund.

The location is in a seedy part of town, right next to an "Adult" store. Walked in, entire place smelled terrible and looked dingy. No one was at the desk, couldn't find anyone to check in so we walked out and got a different hotel.

The only part that really ticked me off was we couldn’t check in slightly early. Having drove from Michigan we arrived in that spot an hour and 10 minutes earlier than we should have. Proceeded to wait in the parking lot adjacent to the strip club. My daughter and I were less than thrilled about it. However, if I would’ve let loose with $14 I could’ve checked in earlier. It was my choice not to do that. Didn’t stay for breakfast since we had to leave by five in the morning. Could you imagine if they relinquished six hours worth of stay time back to us? We will all survive going forward.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The staff I met were helpful and made me feel welcome. While there was a breakfast, you had to ask for it and was given in a bag (there was no breakfast area). The items were good, banana, apple, sweet roll, granola bar. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Literally would give zero stars. Do not stay here. Bugs scurried immediately as we entered the room. No soap, one towel. Whole place smelled like urine and BO. Fridge smelled of dead fish. Smoke detector wrapped in plastic and not even connected. We found somewhere else to stay and are expecting a refund.

Our stay was awful.No heat, dirty, toilet not flushing. Wet floor. Car in parking lot with all of the windows broken out. Bed bugs. I have photos. Unacceptable at best.
