First off, the front counter staff was great. Both guys I interacted with were friendly and courteous. I cannot fault this hotel for anything related to their service. HOWEVER, I have no idea how this hotel has the positive star rating it does. My wife and I were travelling through the area and needed a place to crash for the night before continuing on in the morning. Just a place to sleep, right? I would have rather slept in our car. The furniture was damaged and broken, the sheets were rough, the pillow cases had holes in them. There were stains on the cabinetry, floor, walls, and yes, ceiling. Repairs from past damage was shoddy and slapped together. We ended up driving to Walmart to buy our own sheets and pillow cases to put over the bedding provided by the hotel because my wife refused to sleep in the bed the way it was. We didn't stay for the provided breakfast but left as early as we could after a rough night's sleep. Again, the counter staff was great, it was the facilities that were terrible. We didn't expect a 5 star resort experience, but from the reviews I read online for this hotel, I expected better.

Very friendly staff made the stay better. Location to the campus was ideal - Uber was easy and cheap from here.

I.have a flip phone and.dont own any me GPS me so no I.asked.People.told me where he thought.it.was.And.again.i was Lost.and.my.daughters.Atrlrorney.asked that I return home.because Expedia was Contaced.And Three.White Patrons.were all laughing and they Later.were.im.but checked. Happened 4.times.4 times.that day May 3rd.until May.4th. And.until.Satuday morning And it.was.simple.either.. . questionable But.when.Coudner known.any Physical and Discrimination of ethics will.not.be Tolerated by any.Race.So I was.at another Hotel and.4 different things.happened being.African American May.and went.to the Hotel And..was.very.Discrimated against. Me.w ith.3.White People.But after 4 attempt to try to.find this Place.and..gave up. So we.have an Issue And My.Daughter.Dale Because .I.would like aull refund Reversed back to its.original.Debit.Account heck.as soon as possible Possible please.If.you.look at.where I'm from Minneapolis MN.And.was.gonna try.resolve.this.thru you first.Ive.had.a Very Great.Day. I would.like.a.full refund.And ask it reversed toool my.account Please.There.wasnt any.check ins or.outs.And.then . something .Also new.I have.a.Flip phone.because.i have.thsre Aaa Wenmesawes Refund So..am them saying.on this.
