Staff was friendly, tv didn’t work, water in the lobby is good. Super inconvenient to get back late to check into your room and all you want to do is lay down and relax and the tv doesn’t work. Nobody assisted me or offered any help or alternatives.

Room was clean and quiet. The staff were courteous and helpful. The pool is very small (3' deep on one end, 4' feet on the other); great for small kids to splash and play in, but not for adults to swim in. Hot tub is a "spa style " (no jets). There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and a gas station/convenience store next door.

The stay was decent up until we went for breakfast. There was nobody looking over the breakfast. Items were running out and nobody was refilling them. They ran out of coffee so i asked the person at the front desk if there was more. He went to make some and never returned. So I went to Casy's next door instead. My wife dug through the cabinets to find more plates when they ran out.

Everything was bare basics. Nothing was of a high effort or level. Breakfast was as basic as you could get. 1 elevator on checkout being on the 3rd floor was a time killer. I expected all this as ive stayed here before. The area is safe with lots of restaurant options and easy to get anywhere.
